A UCSB Assistant Coach is rumored to be headed to Montana

Gaucho Hoops received an email from a Montana Grizzlies fan about a rumor that one of UCSB's Assistant Coaches has been offered a position with their men's basketball program.  Can anybody verify this rumor?  Since their message board is for public consumption, here is the thread speculating about the possibility:

2010 National Prep Showcase - notes on John Green

Good West Coast Talent Comes to Town
Westwind Prep entered as a large unknown to many on the east coast. They have some good talent, and it was on display in a game that was better than some were giving it credit for as they held off Bridgton Academy for the win.

The talent starts with point guard Kiwi Gardner (5’7″ Jr. PG, Mante Manteca (CA)), who has actually moved back into the class of 2012. Though small, his motor is always going, he’s quick and tough, and isn’t lacking skills. He showed a touch from long range en route to 19 points to go with his passing.
Gardner’s big help came from UC Santa Barbara commit John Green (6’6″ Sr. SF, Oakland (CA)), who had 30 points and 11 boards,...

Westwind Prep – 83
Bridgton Academy – 78

Westwind forward John Green (2011, 6'6”, 3, RR-8, UC-Santa Barbara) was a force from start to finish. This high-motor forward started the game catching a lob dunk and played with the same level of intensity the 38+ minutes he was on the floor. He had 30 points and 11 rebounds, a similar performance from what I saw this summer when he played with Team 94 out of Oakland . He can get to the basket, hit the three and make the correct read in the halfcourt. He took two charges on the defensive end and contested a bunch of shots.

John Green update

John Green (Westwind) - Another player who impressed for Westwind in its appearance in the National Prep Showcase earlier in the season, the UC-Santa Barbara-commit shook off a slow start to assert himself offensively in the second half with multiple perimeter jumpers and a variety of athletic finishes at the rim. A confident presence with a versatile inside-outside skill-set at six-foot-six, the attacking play of Green (18 points vs. New Hampton; 11 vs. Hargrave), as well as Gardner, was a primary reason why Westwind was able to erase a 12-point halftime deficit on Tuesday against New Hampton and escape with a 75-69 victory.
